Q: When and how do i get refund?
A: If customers found the lens defect in the bottles before opening, customers may return or exchange. Customers should double check the lens before opening the bottles and take a video to show us the defective parts.

Q: Refund for products damaged during delivery?
A: If customers receive damaged products during opening, customers may request for refund or exchange. Customers should take a video to show us the defective parts after received parcel in 3days after received.

Q: Can I get refund for change of mind?
A: Problems such as the lens do not fit, not comfortable, not suitable, etc, we’re not held responsible as each individual may have certain requirements in wearing lens in terms of size, designs and quality. 

Q: Can I cancel my order after payment has been made?
A: If the order already fullfulied, packed and shipped with a tracking number. Any reasons such as purchase the wrong colour/design/power as well as sudden change of mind to change to other designs are not eligible to do any exchange nor cancellations. 


The returned goods/products will be checked and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Customer may proceed to ship back products with any preffered courier once confirmed with our sales through WhatsApp.
